Now in my 3rd trimester, but was sick from Week 4 until Week 16 every single day. Now, I'm fine and have almost forgotten about carrying plastic bags & gatorade around. Nothing worked for me for longer than a day or two, but grapefruit gatorade and Korean Honey Ginger Tea or Honey Citron Tea from Citysuper made me feel a little better. These are all high in sugar though.
