Hi everyone wonder if next meetup can we arrange daddy along as I think they'll have same stress and might want to talk it out too.As I'm due in aug getting more and more stress and nervous.Still, I'm going back to singapore for labour .Will get back to HK only after delivery.

Aug, you going back to SG for labour? When are you flying back? Don't get too stressed! I'm free to meet up with you anytime in DB if you like. As for Daddy, he works in Central so can probably only make evenings / weekends.

Hi ladies,

anyone enrolled for antenatal class? where, when & how much? Thinking of enrolling for Yvonne Heavyside's class starting from 11 June at Bank of America's building in Central. Anyone got any other good recommendation?

BTW had 4D done last week, its AMAZING!!!

I was thinking of her classes too but have been put of by the lateness of all the classes, and they are all in HK which makes for a late night traveling back to DB.

I was thinking about the private class she does as it really isnt all that expensive and 1-on-1 you should be able to cover most things in 2 hours.

Good to hear about the 4D, been trying to decide if it is worth it, cost wise.

Are you going to pilates tomorrow?

I paid $1300 for my 4D and the doc recorded it on a DVD, its pricey but think it will be quite cute to show my kid in the future what she looked like in my tummy :p

I'm due aug 8th, new to HK and currently staying in hk island. i'm registered with st pauls but their ante-natal classes are full all the way till sept. does anybody knows of available classes in june or july?

Hi there,

You can do antenatal classes with Matilda Hospital (you don't need to be giving birth there) and Annerley Midwives as well.

Sorry for the late reply, havent been on this site for ages. I'm feeling ENORMOUS!! I'm going to Canossa Hospital. Find it really hard to concentrate now, and hubby really frustrated with my baby brain and slowness.....

will check them out. Btw, did you guys attend any classes? did you find it of any use? I've been wanted to get involved in classes but i'm still quite new to town, not use to the crowds everywhere and my husband barely have time to accompany me so i'm pretty much doing my self help over the books and internets up till now.

Also, i've found some online shops that is of reasonable prices and most of them delivers.
(btw, Ah chi as listed in Geobaby is really the cheapest i've came across so far, got a combi swing/highchair for HK$1530 instead of the retail price, HKD$2000 in boutiques. Did my last minute shopping there few days ago.. =P)

Hope it could help some last minute mummies like myself. =)
