I am definitely keen for lunch this friday and can be anywhere at 1ishpm. Given then weather, how about SOHO? Jaspers or Cru have a super menu???

Anyone planning to get 4D scan?? When is the best time do it?

Pretty stuck on purchasing baby products too, there are so many brands and imports, seems like rocket science to me.......in the UK things are a lot more straightforward, Mothercare, Mamma & Pappas or supermarkets own brands for cheaper alternatives, all babies drink SMA Gold. But in HK there are brands from US, Canada, Oz, Holland........
 
Lunch in Soho works for me. As it's a public holiday, should we make a booking somewhere?

Welcome to the forum. I'm due a few days before you with my first. I'm looking into the 4D scan thing - I'll be asking my doctor about it next week.
Agree about shopping for baby products. It feels like I've chosen the most difficult city in the world to have a baby!!
You should try and meet us for lunch this Friday (none of us have met up in a group yet).
 
Hey hey, thanks! I doubt I can make this Friday, I'm looking for a domestic helper and we're meeting a potential candidate for an interview this Fri at 1pm in DBay. Keep me posted with time tho, I might be able to join you after.

Finding a DH is another difficult task, have read some scary stories on the Chinese parents websites, DH contracted syphilis and employer had to fork up the med bill, and then another one stole bags of stuff from employer's home and never came back........kind of scaring me but I work full-time so really do need a helper, I'm sure there are some really nice DHs out there, just have to find the right one. Wish me luck!!!

Oooooh any info on 4D would be much appreciated!! Love to be able to show my baby what he/she used to look like in my tummy :p

I'm also doing pilates on Wednesday, but the second class (Claire has too many for one class now and I missed out going yesterday as it was already full) so I start at 1.15. I can have a chat with her to see if I can get in on the earlier class.

april 14 sounds grand. we could meet outside at red or isola in ifc if it is nice weather? i am ok with anywhere actually so feel free to suggest.
