Molar Pregnancy

Anyone know of a doctor with experience in molar pregnancies? I actually had a partial molar pregnancy and it's still not clear as to whether or not this will turn into Gestational Trophoblastic Disease (GTD).

I'm finding the process of diagnosis to be very, very slow at QMH and I would like to seek a private doctor to speed up the process. Has anyone else gone through this and can offer any advice? I'm just feeling woried, confused and scared and the doctors at QMH don't seem to feel a sense of urgency even though if I have GTD it's a form of cancer and I would like to get treatment ASAP.

Hi! I had a partial molar pregnancy 2 yrs ago. All the follow-ups had be done in QMH. They did blood tests for me every week at the beginning and monitored it for 1 yr. The fact that molar pregnancy is rare and the probability of turning to cancer is also low. QMH is a teaching hospital and it has it's own lab,it seems more reliable than the private dr.

Last yr, I miscarriaged again,but luckily not molar pregnancy.
