MMR - is there a high level of vaccination in Hong Kong?

We're moving to HK from London in September when my daughter will be 18 months and is due to have MMR. Is there a high level of take up for the MMR vaccination in HK and are the single vaccines available?
 
so far as i know the single vaccines are not available ( i think that some of them are but others are not)
