Mission (im)possible? - Mandarin speaking helper

Just curious to know whether it is impossible to find a good quality helper who speaks Mandarin.

From looking around the Web it doesn't seem like an easy feat, so I'm also curious if it is easier to find a PT person who is good with kids and speaks Mandarin.
 
Yup finding a Mandarin helper isn't easy. How about getting a part-time student who can play a few games and sing some songs?
 
We had a local helper who spoke Cantonese, Mandarin, and a little bit of English. Found her through a local nanny institute (don't recall the name as my MIL handled it). Unfortunately she had tardiness issues (and her work wasn't that great) so we let me go. It is possible to find one.
