Is there some way to predict whether a minibus will have a seat belt or not? Or is it completely random? Do the green ones have them and the red ones not? Vice versa??
It seems completely random - only the newer vehicles will have them. Having said that, I can't recall ever having seen seat belts on red minibuses, though I may be wrong.
Last year, there was a big brouhaha about implementing 'strict regulations' of seat-belts in minibuses (after several fatal incidents), but even after that it still seems to be a random thing to find seat-belts in the vehicles...
