Millet

Hai

I just bought millet and i knew it was millet coz the packet said so.It looks like small yellow mustard seeds.The trouble is i dono what to do with it.
All i know is millet is good and i need to grind it.The rest.....moms,i need ur help

Millet can be cooked the same way you cook rice. How old is your LO? If she's just starting solids, then you need to grind/mill it into powder form. You can cook it with other grains such as brown rice, quinoa etc as a cereal.

Thankyou elaine for taking the time to reply.He is three yrs old.
So can cook millet after washing it just like couscous/oats/quinoa?
Kindly explain more .

Three sixty have packs of ground millet for babies at $5 since it will expire in September. Just got one today.
