Medical check up

Hello,

I haven't really found aswers to my question while searching in this forum, so can anybody help me:

We want to let our helper a med check up done (she didn't provide one when signing the contract and we will have a newborn...) - she agreed already, but doesn't know where to go.
Does anybody knows a place for a helper check up?
How much is it (I assume that we have to pay for it)?
And what kind of tests do you recommend exactly (if there is a choice)?

Hi Heike,

If u hire a maid by agency some agency will include this check up but most of them won't.

The check up include :
1-Haemoglobin
2-Hepatitis B surface antigen
3-HIV
4-VDRL
5-Stool-Routine (including concentration)
6-pregnancy test
7-Routine & microscopy
8- Chest X RAY

They are doing a promtion now it cost UNDER 600 HKD, They do have different branch (lab) to do this check up.
