Maternity triage?

Hello, my wife is 28 weeks pregnant and we are in HK for a 2 week visit. If she is spotting, and would like to get checked, where would the best place be to go?

In the UK, we would just go to maternity triage and get checked, is there the same thing in HK maternity wards? Would they accept us?

Or just go to A and E?

We're in the Shatin area.

If its light spotting you can go to any OBGYN Dr. They will be able to do an u/s and check if all is ok.

If it's after hours, then visit the closest hospital. Union Hospital
