Maternity Insurance Coverage

Anyone currently using Healthcare Intl for their maternity coverage? I was interested in them, but was then told by my broker that his heard stories of them promising to pay the hospital and then not paying?

Anyone using any other insurance company that they'd recommend? All the other threads about this topic seem pretty outdated, so I thought I'd ask for updated opinions.
 
We are with healthcare but I haven't put in a claim yet. From my understanding you need to settle your own hospital bills and they will reimburse you. This is what I did when I had maternity coverage with William Russell. Also healthcare premiums are competitive as I believe they don't work with brokers. Hence brokers don't recommended them as they don't get a commission.
