Maternity clothes in Bangkok

Hello,

I'm travelling to Bangkok and was wondering if anyone knows of any good places to buy reasonably priced maternity clothes there. Also, are any baby products more reasonably priced in Bangkok compared to HK?

You may try in some big department store like Central or Emporium. Look for maternity section. It'll be more expensive then those on the street, of course, but still cheaper than in hkg. Also check with staff if u can get VAT refund.

Baby stuffs in bkk are not cheaper in bkk since it's mostly imported. Only those locally produced stuffs such as bottle liquid detergent or baby clothes detergent will be very competitive comparing to HK.
 
i agree. central is a good place to start. i bought baby and maternity clothes from central and with the vat refund, the prices are reasonable.

Clothes are VERY cool but also not cheap. However you can never get the same designs in HK (sorry to say that the clothes sold in the main maternity shops in HK are quite out-fashioned..). What my fren did was buying one set of her favorite cutting outfit (top and pants) and have them copied into a few other sets with a Shenzhen tailor.

They have a lot of light color, patterned style tops and good cutting pants. I dont like wearing skirts so had one pair of pants bought then copied into a few more to make enough for a week's office outfit.
