A girlfriend of mine swears using cocoa butter lotion & vitamin E oil avoided stretch marks for her completely. And she was a tiny women who gave birth to full-term twins!
I did get a pre-natal massage @ ESPA (The Peninsula Hotel) last week, of course it was nice, great facilities (go early to use them). But don't expect a massage, it was more like a relaxing rub.
