Fitness

Confession...

I thought I'd be enjoying a 'pregnancy glow' and be able to exercise weekly...swimming, yoga, strength training etc.

Pah!

Reality is that I've been too sick or tired to exercise, and even going to work is like a workout.

I know I need to really increase my exercise.

Are any of you exercising? If yes, what are you enjoying?

Antenatal Classes

We've signed up for 4 weeks of antenatal classes with Annerley in Central, starting in January.

Anyone else signed up for antenatal classes?

How else are you preparing mentally for the birth?

I'm going to book a tour of my hospital's birthing ward. Anyone toured their hospital yet? Are you feeling reassured or full of questions?

You're so organized! I haven't even started to look at prenatal classes, although I do know which hospital I'm going with but just need to get my act together and do a site inspection.

Strangley I still have energy, don't feel tired and I'm sleeping fine too. However, I have a feeling that's all going to go downhill when I hit my third trimester!
