Mangoes and Avocadoes on the airplane

This might be a totally daft question, but what's the best way to bring a mango and avocado on board with your baby? I assume you don't slice it up until you actually want it on the flight, right? But how do you slice it up since you cannot bring on a sharp knife etc...

Thanks!

One idea is that you could peel the mango skin off and then cut it on board with a plastic knife..

Hi
I kept the avocado whole with skin off to preserve it from going brown, then peeled it with my fingernails and took a spoon to feed. My daughter wouldn't eat it with lemon juice either.
Mango is a little more tricky! Would suggest cutting it into 2 halves and scoring through with knife before travelling.
Nothing beats the banana for me when travelling!

I would cut the avocado in half, but then just leave the seed in...it should cut really easy if ripe enough.
