Mandarin speaking helper required

I am looking for a mandarin speaking helper to help look after my 2 children. My children are English speaking but are having mandarin classes. Would really appreciate any leads please.
 
you might be able to find a filipina who lived/worked in taiwan.

full-time FDH positions are not open to mainlanders... so mandarin speakers are not very common
 
Even a Filipina who has lived and worked in Taiwan is not likely to be fluent in Mandarin - just able to get by. I have several friends with Mandarin-speaking nannies, with degrees from western universities, that they pay several thousand US for each month. I have other friends who have been looking for Mandarin speaking helpers, with zero leads, for years. One found a part time local lady who spoke fluent Mandarin, but she made more money doing other things and quit.

Hi, I notice you are based in mid-levels. Last month I ran into a lady playing with a 2.5-yr old girl at the zoo playground, and turns out she's her Mandarin teacher. We exchanged numbers, but I don't think I will use her service after all since we recently decided to move to Saikung. In case you're interested, her name is Patty Xu - 98021716
