Mandarin schools in the US?

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a good Mandarin immersion school ANYWHERE in the US. Not a one-hour-per-week, or weekend or after school program. Can be either public or private but must have at least 50% Mandarin to start. If you have any recommendations or resources please let me know!!

This one is in Canada, but I know they have had people come from other countries to see how it is run to set up similar programs, if you contacted them perhaps they may know of schools in the US.

I am assuming you are looking at primary/elementary school? I was looking at this one http://www.istp.org/ when it looked like we might need to move to the San Francisco Bay area. They claim that "Nearly all activities occur in the target language (French or Chinese), except for approximately one hour of English instruction per day." There were a couple others I found but can't find the info for them sorry. This one looked the best though (from what you can tell from a website anyway!)
