Mandarin kindergarten?

Are there any Pre-Ks and Kindergartens, and elementary schools, that use Mandarin as the primary language, or at least have Mandarin 50% of the time, and English the other 50% of the time?

Check out Garden House, they offer Mandarin classes, not sure what ages though, know its for the Mother and Toddler and also Kinderling - call them to check it out.

As far as I know, there are two:

1) Kiangsu & Chekiang (local stream) - From Nursery up to high school
It's like 90% Mandarin, with one class in English.

2) Tutor Time International Nursery & Kindergarten (from Toddler Activity Group -6 months up, to K3)
Each session is split equally into 50% Mandarin and 50% English.
