Mandarin classes/ playgroups in Kowloon

We are moving to Kowloon Tong soon. Anyone knows if there are good Mandarin classes/ playgroups on the Kowloon side for my 2.5 year old son? I heard of Le Beaumont or Mandarin for Munchkins but they are both on the HK side and thus too far away from us. Any recommendations welcome! Thanks!
 
Thanks FFONG. But seems like this lady is specialized in Cantonese. She only has some experience teaching Mandarin but not children as young as my son's age.

Any other recommendations pls?
