Mandarin and English Kindergarten

I have a 21 month old and need to find a kindergarten school in Hong Kong (HK side) and would like to know which ones teach in Mandarin and English. We eventually would like her to attend a good local primary school like St. Paul's Co-ed, DGS etc. Any recommendations that has connections with these primary schools would be greatly appreciated. We are new to the school system in HK so any advice you can give would be great.

Kiangsu & Chekiang Kindergarten (Int'l stream) has about 30 minutes of Mandarin per day increasing in Primary & Secondary.

They also have a "local" stream entirely in Mandarin - not sure about their English component. Their website is in Chinese only.

Kiangsu & Chekiang and Victoria seem very popular choices. Without being able to visit the schools yet, can anyone tell me the main differences between the two.

Is the International Montessori school in Wanchai more geared towards international primary schools or is there a good chance of getting into good local schools too?
