Can anyone recommend herbs/vitamins/supplements that promote male fertility - something I can pick up at Mannings or Watsons? DH asked me to find something but a lot of them are in Chinese and I can't read the labels!

Do do your own research on this... but I believe CoQ10 is suggested by some docs for male fertility (soerm quality) as well (it is recommended for women for improving egg quality though not all docs believe in it because it hasn't been proven in double blind trials). You could pick it up at Mannings or Watsons. The best form is the ubiquinol form... but I haven't found that in HK. Can be ordered online though.
