Maid for cleaning - later on with babysitting

Hello,

does anyone have experience with an agency or local hiring?

As I'm pregnant but still at the beginning I can do houswork on my own. By the beginning of next year it wont be easy anymore, so I need a helper!

Well we want to have someone for 8 hours cleaning a week first and later on when the newborne is there also for babysitting (flexible time) and maybe help with shopping.

The so called maids room is to small from our point of view and we feel uncomfortable with someone living in that room.

Anyone around who has a solution for our requirement?

We have had experience with a couple of different part-time cleaners/baby sitters. We also used Merry Maids but they only do cleaning. With a part-time helper I could go out while they were doing the cleaning and baby with sleeping. If baby woke they would look after baby until I got back.

I kno w someone who can help you everything,she is excellent in all household chores especially looking after a newborn.
I wanted to hire her but the problem is she is finishing her contract end of this month and i only need someone by next year.

She is really superb and known her (so with her employer) for a long time.The reason why they only let her stay with them for 4 years is that the employer is avoiding to pay the long service payment.
