I took my daughter to the Magic Mirror Salon on Hong Kong side. It cost about 300 (maybe 350---it was last year). I didn't think the cut was worth it as my daughter sits still for any hair dresser. Also, the stylist cut her fringe crooked.
I recently took both kids to Tala's in Sai Kung. Hair cuts cost 90 each. My son (who is 2) would not sit still and the stylist cut his hair while my son was standing looking at the fish tank and while he was lying down on the carpet. Tala's also put a kid's video on the tv while my kids were there.

I take both my children to see Tony at the Magic Mirror in TST Ocean Terminal. I think he's great, very gentle and patient. We don't pay as much as $300 only $230 (I think). I think the whole idea of having the children watching a DVD whilst they're having their haircut is great. They also have a couple of toys for the younger children to occupy themselves with. And as I've said Tony is always fantastic with my two and we've always been pleased with the cut.
