Maclaren Techno XT vs Gracco Citilite Urban Chic

What's the best pram for a HK mum who travels by taxi most of the time?

Maclaren Pros:
- Lies flatter
- Seems sturdier
- More enclosing/ snugger for the baby
- Nicer design/ colour
- Can be folded up with one hand

Maclaren Cons:
- Slightly heavier
- Does not fold and remain standing
- More than twice the price of Gracco (even though this isn't the main issue at hand)

Gracco Pros:
- Very light, great for carting in and out of taxis!
- Easily folded with one hand
- Remains standing after folded
- Economical

Gracco Cons:
- Comes across as a little flimsy because of the lightness, but could be a completely wrong first impression!
- Not as enclosed and snug as Maclaren

Any feedback will be so appreciated! This may also help some of you who are in the midst of choosing a pram for a new baby in HK.

Hello,

I'm sure you've got a pram by now, but for those who still can't decide, Maclaren is always the brand to go for Vs Graco if money is no object. If money is REALLY not a problem, I would even recommend the Bugaboo Bee that's been out not that long - it would probably retail at about $5000-$6000 but don't quote me on that. Durability, portability and reliability are high on the list when you have previous cargo on board!
