As the big day approaches, what better way to prepare for the arrival of your little one than with a Mini Birth Rehearsal? Join us on Oct 15 for an informative afternoon talk with experts from A Mother's Touch as they share their wisdom on labour and pain relief.

We will discuss the importance of your partner as a Birth Guardian and his role in the birth process. The session will end with advice on breathing and relaxation techniques for both Mum and Dad. Plus, there will be a very helpful hands-on demo which you definitely don't want to miss!

Please note that this event is suited for mums over 30 weeks!

Date: Oct 15, Wednesday and 17th
Time: 12:30 - 2pm
Venue: SmartSpace @ SmartCells, 2001, 20/F, Car Po Commercial Building, 18-20 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central
