Hi Ladies,

As discussed, we are doing an excursion out to DB this week for lunch!

Hemingways, 12pm.
Shop G09, Discovery Bay Plaza.

There is a ferry from central that leaves at 11.40, so maybe we should try to meet for that?
If anyone misses it, don't stress, they leave every 30 mins.

See you on Thursday - I'm assuming the ferry goes from the same place as all the other HK ferries???

hi - i will be there since it is about 5 minutes walk - never been to hemmingways so will be good to try. Kate - yes the ferry is at the back of IFC and is pier 3 - they are every 20 mins so no dramas if you miss.
 
Unfortunately I won't be able to make it this week or to anymore lunches until I'm on the otherside with baby in toe! I am on house / bed rest and might be induced next week.

I'm disappointed I missed out on Saturday and this trip to DB!! Have fun and hopefully I'll see you all again soon.

I won't know if I can make it until Thursday last minute. I have someone coming in for repairs that day and I'm not sure what time they will be done. Sorry I will have to be last minute with my reply but I hope to see you all!

Hi there

I hope you don't mind me gatecrashing, but since I live in Discovery Bay and I eat in the restaurants there quite a lot, I thought I better warn you that last Sunday lunchtime, we waited for an hour and 15 mins for our meals to be brought out. We have had dreafully poor service a couple of times, but gave them the benefit of the doubt as we really like the food there. In fact, last Sunday, the family on the next door table after complaining several times, got up and walked out, only paying for their drinks and the kid's meal.

It may be less busier during the week, but I always find Zaks a better bet.
 
I will be there definitely! No excuse for me since it is so near.

Kelly, thanks for the party. My husband thoroughly enjoyed it as well.

My appointment was moved to a later time so there is no way I can make it to this week's lunch. Bummer! Hope to see everyone next week!

Hi

I've got a horrid cold - hope i didn't give it to anyone else on Saturday - so i'm not sure whether i'll be able to make it or not. Kaylene, if it's ok with you I'll text you in the morning and let you know.
