Lunch at Flying Pan week of Aug 18-22

For those in the 'Lunch Bunch' - we talked about our next lunch being at Flying Pan, Wanchai. All-day breakfast and Peanut Butter Milkshakes...mmmm
How does Tuesday, August 19 sound to everyone?
 
i will finally be able to make it to the lunch dates. starting from 15th of august i only work in the mornings.
so, count me in :)

I would love to but due to work I can only make Mondays and Fridays....not sure if that would work for anyone?

Ninahh I know how you feel, I've got 7 more weeks until maternity leave..yippee

Should be good for me too!! I looked up their menu and I've been DYING to go!! I haven't had proper "biscuits and gravy" since I was in the states over 5 years ago!!

18th is good for me - is it possible to have it more on the early side, more like a "brunch"?? If you guys can make it, that is...
 
i can make it as early as 11, as my new class starts next week and it is from 9-11, rather than 11-1, which is nice!

should we aim for 11:30? can people make it then? or is closer to 1 better?
 
I CAN make it at 1 - so if other people can't make it earlier, that's fine with me. I just thought "brunch" might be nice since it's a more breakfasty kinda place... But 1 is fine for me. Whatever suits the rest of you!!
 
Oh no I've just realised I have friends visiting so won't be able to make it!! Have been thinking about that peanut butter milkshake....:(
 
I'm up for the Flying Pan - I've been in HK for a year and haven't been yet!!!! Brunch at 11:30 is good for me.
 
Not sure about peanut butter milkshakes- help, but I'll certainly be up for a chocolate one! 1pm works for me- just happens to coincide with the little one's sleep- perfect!

Of course it's ok!! It'll be great to meet you! I can't come to the next dinner!!

I found Flying Pan today - had lunch just next door to it (or a few doors down anyway) at some beef place (forget the name but it had AWESOME shepherd's pie!! And I had some of my hubby's Chicken Parmigiana too - it was great too!!)

Looking forward to lunch with you guys!!
 
In another lifetime, I vaguely remember going there at about 5 am one morning...seems like so long ago. I'm pretty sure that upstairs is pretty big so I wouldn't have thought we'd need to book. Not absolutely sure though, what do you guys think?
