Low fundal height and food poisoning week 27

It started off as severe diarrhea that prompted me to go for A&E. After the doctor checked fetal heartbeat was normal, I opted to stay at home. After 4 days, I recovered from food poisoning. I went for antenatal checkup at mchc as per scheduled just now. I know my weight gain would have been affected by diarrhea. I scored 5.5kg in week 27. Then, nurse checked my fundal height and I was alerted to get a scan at Tsan Yuk as my reading was a bit small, just 23cm.

Now, I'm really fretting over it. How food poisoning affected baby development? Anyone has low fundal height?
