looking urgently for a full time helper

Hi ,

My helper has been homesick,since the time she joined us.Its been 9 months now,and i have been having a tough time handling her.We just decided that if continuing is such a problem for her,she better goes....!!We are now looking for a new helper,who is Hard working,loves cooking and keeping the house clean....We have a 6 year old son...and we both are working,so basically its to take care of also our son.She has to be polite,playful and caring.

Any references,i will be very grateful....
