Looking For Summer Activities For My 2 Yrs 9 Months

Hi,

I have recently moved to Tsueng Kwan O area.

My son is going to prenursery but soon his summer holidays will begin. I am looking for some summer activities like swimming, soccer, ice skating however everywhere I go they say the child must be three.
Could anyone please help if there are anything available. I don't mind travelling to Island with him.

I am also looking for friends his age with whom he can have playdate.

Please advise.
