Looking for living out helper from this summer

Hi, I will be relocating this summer from Shanghai to HK with a 2 year old and a 6 year old. I am looking for somebody reliable (ideally live-out, local) to look after them while I am at work. Any recommendations would be greatly welcome.
 
do you speak chinese?

most local women who do this kind of work don't speak any english. they are also extremely difficult to find.
 
In Shanghai, there are plenty of local women who want to look after children. Are they rare in HK ? Or is it the English speaking ones who are difficult to find ? I speak little Chinese but in 6 years here with the same ayi (since the birth of my first son), that has never really proven to be a big problem. I wouldn't be able to have a living in helper anyway as I am a teacher and will live on school premises in a flat which at most will have 3 bedrooms.
 
they are rare in hk, as most people opt for the cheaper option of having a live-in Foreign domestic helper.

local women are hard to come by. there are a few out there, but they are rare. they also charge a LOT more than the FDHs normally receive.
 
thanks for the info and the website. I've been spoilt with my current ayi who is 100% reliable and finding a new nanny is top of my worry list about moving to HK.
