Looking for full time nanny for baby

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good full time nanny for my 3 month old baby? I am returning to work soon and need to find some childcare help asap. I would prefer a mandarin speaking nanny, however will also consider anyone who is experienced/qualified and a good fit with our family.

We already have a domestic helper to do the chores, so the nanny's sole responsibility would be to care for our baby and take him to playgroups, etc.

"nannies" are VERY expensive and could cost up to $30k/month....i would check with rent-a-mum to see if they have proper nannies on the books that would fit your requirements.
