Looking for an English speaking babysitter

Hello

I'm looking for an experienced babysitter who can speak fluent English for my little girl who has just turned 2.5yrs old. Looking at possibly weekdays 3-4hours for 2-3x a week. try RENT-A-MUM... they're not cheap, but you get AFAIK native-speakers with proper childcare qualifications.

i tried looking in their websites, but they dont seem to have the kind of arrangements i'm looking at. It's like either they're fix on a full time live in or they are on a temporary childcare assignment ie only for 2 weeks or so. And yes, they are freaking expensive $5000 for a mere 2 weeks! :(
 
ok, i stand corrected. Just re-looked their websiteI guess what i'm looking at is their "ad-hoc daytime childcare services". It was listed that they charge 120-140per hour and then a 20% agent fee of the hourly rate. Does that mean i need to pay a further 20% additional to them besides this hourly rate or does it mean this 20% is taken from the hourly rate? Anyone?
