they also have it in central market on Graham Street, probably a fair bit cheaper. Hard to tell you exactly where the stall is, but it's in the middle section of the slope and you should be able to see it ion your right whilst walking up. It the stall which sells lots of herbs and vine-ripen tomatoes.

I haven't try fennel before, but I heard about this veggie. Can anyone tell me any of reciepes to make fennel for my 10m old baby. I want her to try the new tast as well. thanks.
We emptied the city super section the other day... and my daughter started eating again ( she had been sick) for almost one week now we serve her fennel every meal...

Fennel has more or less an anise taste.
When I introduced the veggie to my daughter it was simply boiled with carrots.
I find it really good cooked just with basil leaves and a touch of olive oil...
But I also combine it for example with zuchetti ( jade melon), carotts
On the protein side I personnally think that it combines well with chicken and tuna.
