Looking for a reliable helper who loves working with children

We are arriving in HK with our two kids (3 yr old son and 8 month old daughter) next week. I need a live in helper asap. I am looking for someone to manage our household and share care of the kids (will also be hiring a nanny once a helper has been hired)

Mandy, do you mean you will be hiring two helpers, one of whom's main responsibilities will be caring for the kids? or do you mean that you will hire a proper nanny? just so you know, a proper nanny would set you back up to $30,000/month.
