Looking for a playgroup

Hello, everyone,
I have a 15 months son. We are living in the Chinese University of Hk campus. There are seldom same age babies around my community. My son is very lonely. I'm looking for a playgroup for him near my area. Could anyone give me some information? Thanks a lot.
