I think you'll find most part-time helpers will want to work at least 3-4 hours each time in order to make their time worthwhile. I believe going rate is around $60/hr.
Yes I think you'll struggle to get help at that price and for that hour twice a week, a way around it may be to ask the amahs in your building to see if they want to pick up an extra hour or two (that way they won't have the travel costs/inconvenience factors ect)
