Looking for a Nanny

I am a working mom and looking for a professional nanny or someone with kindergarten or playgroup teaching experiences to take care of my 1 year old son. Part-time or full-time are ok.

I tried using a local nanny before but notice that she doesn't really know how to play with my son.

Can anyone advise where can I find a professional nanny?
