Looking for a good, local, Cantonese, primary school in TUNG CHUNG

Thanks for any potential advice in advance, everyone...My husband and I are looking for a decent, local, Cantonese-speaking for our daughter in TUNG CHUNG. I am HK-born but bred in Toronto, Canada and my chinese is not so good. My husband is South African and also is not fluent in Cantonese. However, we moved to HK in hopes of giving our two daughters a chance to learn one of their mother tongues (Cantonese) and would like to send them to a local school if possible. Any recommendations or advice is highly appreciated. My oldest daughter will be in P1 in 2012-2013.
 
I don't know about Tung Chung but nearby, on Ma Wan Island, Park Island is a good primary school - the only primary school on the island. It's run by the CCC if I'm not mistaken.

Most of the local kids in my neighbourhood go to good schools and this is one of their parent's preferred choice even though it's quite a commute.
