Looking for a good helper

Hi everyone,

we are looking for a good helper. We have a 16 month old daughter. She is very active, loves to climb and run around all the time.
We're looking for a fantastic domestic helper who can either be referred to us by people leaving HK or can at least supply great references herself.
Any recommendation?
