Looking for a good dermatologist for child's eczema

My 3 year old daughter suffers from eczema since she was an infant. It first appeared at 3 months and then symptoms subsided at 8 months. She's had occasional flare-ups since then but after relocating to Hong Kong (from New York) last year her eczema worsened severely, affecting her entire body. She's been seen by a pediatrician and a dermatologist here in Hong Kong but they have not offered any promising treatments beyond the usual regimen of moisturizing, hydrocortisone for flare-ups, and anti-histamine as needed. I've been rather disappointed with the quality of treatment she's received so far. I've tried everything under the sun in terms of lotions, etc,. Can anyone recommend a GOOD dermatologist, preferably someone with expertise in pediatric eczema?

I've also had similar problems with my skin. I've gone to Dr. Fung and found him to be pretty knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. I'm not sure if he specializes with child eczema, but he is a good doctor in general.

You may try out Dr. Henry Chan Hin Lee in Central. He was once a professor with Hong Kong University for Dermatology. His contact are as follows:
