"logon incomplete" error

Hi there

I've noticed a couple of times that when I try to access a geobaby page (most recently got this on the homepage and on the list of massage services rani posted a link to) I receive an error that says "logon incomplete". The page then will not load (it stays on previous page, or if in a new window, remains blank). I use IE 7 for Windows XP.

Thanks for all the hard work that goes into this excellent site.
 
Hi, I get the same- the first time I try to access the site it says 'login incomplete,' but the second time it's fine.
I use a Mac.
 
Delete your cookies and retry. That should solve the problems...

IE 7 .. ugh .. major issues with that, specially due to the fact that it has still not fixed a number of bugs.

In anycase, there is a major upgrade that will go into place in two to three weeks time, where we have some more code going into place to bullet-proof the login issue.
