Lingnan Kindergarten & Day Nursery interview

Hi all,

I am first-time parent, i have an interview at Lingnan Kindergarten for my daughter , she is 17months old, i am very nervous meeting the headmistress, any kind advice you can give me before the interview, e.g, what to expect from them, whats the background of the school as the main site is in chinese :(

Just went for interview at Lingnan with our daughter and was offered a place. Should not worry, the interview is not really a test/exam, the teacher basically speaks to the child, to see if they respond and check whether they are physically ok when they are playing with the toys. It took all of 3 mins. One of you get to play with the child and the other sit thru the talk on the school with the headmistress. All this is done with many other pairs of parents in the same room
 
i have no idea how to post a new thread on this forum and its much easier to reply.

my kid is going to lingnan for k1 next year. does anyone know where to buy second-hand uniforms and books? or is anyone selling their female uniform?

I want to ask the same as thundacatchergo. looking for 2nd hand uniform for my boy, he will study in lingnan on coming Aug
 
ivyb911, can i ask if Lingan teaches in English or Cantonese? The school is relatively near and I have been meaning to call them to find out more. any info you have would be much appreciated.
