I had them when I was breastfeeding. They were useful. They were better than wearing disposable breast pads for me. Many women get thrush or irritation from using disposable pads. Also, the nice thing about the silicone ones is that you can stick them in the freezer/refrigerator and apply them and they provide soothing coolness if you have irritation or inflammation or engorgement (as I did when I first started breastfeeding). I bought mine in the States, however, and I have no idea where you might buy them in Hong Kong. I would check with the major maternity/baby stores as they probably carry them.
