Life Vest for Toddler

Taking my 19 month old on a junk trip on Sunday and thought I should invest in a life vest. I saw some Speedo ones in Toys'R'Us but they were too big - for 2/3yrs or 3/4yrs.

So, does anyone have any idea where I can buy a smaller life vest to fit a petite 19 month old?

I ordered my baby's life vest after doing a fair amount of research on the internet and went with the Baby Bijoux from Salus Marine. They are made in Canada. The price might be expensive to some, but to me the fit and quality are worth it.

After riding on the tender to and from the junk when my vest-less baby was only 2 months old and a back pack on myslef, i scared me that a wave could have knocked me over and my backpack would have drowned us.
