jaetee, yes we have to re-submit all papers....form for consulate is diff though,...check on their website for an express form.http://www.philcongen-hk.com/labor/main.htm
since the wait time is high, though i am sure by october things should cool down.....i would suggest u submit yr papers by end-sept itself to avoid any such issues....hope this helps!
