Learning to walk - should I be worried?

My 11 month old has been "walking" with someone holding her hand for the last 2 months. No inclination to go it alone yet!

I've just noticed today that she is walking on her inner arches (ie, the inner edges of her feet). Before it seemed like she was walking flat-footed.

Is this something I should be concerned about, or do all babies try different parts of their feet to walk upon in the beginning?

I remember being worried too when it looked like my son was walking funny around the same time. He walked on the inner arches of his feet and then for sometime he was even tip-toeing. But after a while he stopped doing those things. So you may be needlessly worrying. But if you are concerned you can always show his walk to the doctor.
