lead test

does anyone know if they do this test here? it is a routine finger prick test in the US to check for lead and also anemia at 12 months. i asked my pediatrician here in HK and she said it wasn't routine and did not want to test because it was an invasive blood draw versus the finger prick. anyone know where I could go to get this test? Just worried because I once caught little one eating paint on his hands that rubbed off from a fence pole...obviously I stopped him but would like peace of mind.
 
only because she will only do the blood draw from the arm versus a simple finger prick. as last resort I will do that but wanted to see if other medical groups offered the less traumatic test.
