Lab/clinic for hormonal profile: FSH, LH, estradiole, fT3, fT4

Hello ladies,

Can anybody help with a recomandation for a laboratory to have the day 3 hormonale profile tested? In Macao or HK.
I am currentely living in Macao, but have not been here long enough to become familiar with hospitals, clinics etc. Can travel to HK if necessary.
I will have an IVF procedure in Europe and need to have the blood test done in advance. So will not have a recommendation from local doctor for the blood test.
Any idea if the laboratories request a doctor recommendation and how much the test costs?

I would call the Central location. Also as you don't have a Dr's referral you should get a discount.

Will they accept a referral from your Dr in Europe or letter from your clinic asking you to take the following tests?

They would like to have the form faxed to them and have a look at it. My form is just a questionare, not header or doctor name on it. Not sure if they would accept it. I will ask the clinic in Europe to send me a form of refferal for the blood test, with name of clinic and doctor on the form.
The lab wants the document to be faxed to them. I don't know of anybody to own a fax nowadays!
