Knitting Supplies

Does anyone know where I can buy knitting supplies, ie. yarn (real wool or cotton, I don't like to use acrylics if I can help it) and needles.

I didn't bring any in our move and I'd like to knit the baby some things.
 
Hong Kong island would be Pak Sha Road in Causeway Bay. It's a very short street and you'll see this shop call Paris something on the 1st/2nd floor. You'll need to walk up some stairs. It's at the beginning of the street if you'll coming in from Sogo side.
 
Have you heard of Ravelry? it's an online site for knitters/crocheters. Anyway they have a Hong Kong group there - http://www.ravelry.com/groups/hong-kong-knitters - and also they have some discussions there about where to buy yarn/supplies. I would copy and paste but there's way too much. Anyway you can go check it out and hopefully get lots of ideas!!
 
Hi -Taysty is thinking of Paris Singlet Cottons in Causeway Bay- they have a good selection of Addi turbo circulars, but I don't care for their yarn selection.... there are about 4 knitting shops in this area, I would check on the Ravelry group that Nicolejoy mentions above. My favorite shops for baby knitting are Cheer Wool (WanChai - near Admiralty MTR) and Mui Tong Wools (Sheung Wan Jervois St) If you are on Kowloon side, I love Double Knits in Mong Kok Fa Yuen St and Knitting World in Mong Kok.
